This historic building, Moscow’s first post office and later a community event center, just celebrated its 100 years. This building is a good example of federalist architecture with multi-paned windows, terra cotta trim, and brick decorations. The interior includes oak woodwork, terrazzo floors, red and white marble, and dential and cornice molding. Part of the second floor is home to the Third Street Gallery. Moscow Farmers Market Ranked 15th in the Nation
The American Farmland Trust Farmers Market Celebration voting period closed on Sun. Sept. 20, 2020. Final standings were announced last week, recognizing leading markets based on the number and type of endorsements each received. More than 1,250 markets participated in the celebration. The results from this year’s celebration ranked the Moscow Farmers Market as the 11th best farmers market nationwide, third in the Pacific Region, and second in Idaho.
