Sustainability Series #2 — Eating for the Environment: Local, Sustainable, & Seasonal

Take a deep dive into foods and farming on the Palouse with PCEI and the UI Sustainability Center. Learn about seasonal grocery shopping, sustainable eating, food security, hot water canning, container gardening, and more from guest presenters and community members. Enjoy locally-sourced grub from Battleground Food Truck, and regional brews from Moscow Alehouse. Attendees will be entered for a raffle prize donated by the Moscow Food Co-op. We can’t wait to kick off spring with you at this educational and social event!
