Do you take credit / debit cards?
Sorry, we don’t have that option available. Be sure to bring enough cash for admission plus food and beverages! We have burgers, pizza, home-made baked goods, plenty of hot beverages to keep you fueled for the night, plus food and drink from local businesses. ATM available at Palouse Family Foods
Are there places to stay in Palouse?
Well heck yes! Check out the “Stay in Palouse” links on the right. From RV parking to rooms to rent, we got you covered.
Is it scary?
Yes! We spend many hours planning and scheming to get maximum heart rates, screams and giggles. We gear towards high school and college students, so be prepared. NO ONE UNDER 12 ADMITTED!
If I get scared and can’t continue, can I get out?
Yes, tell our staff. They will assist you.
If I get too scared, can I get a refund?
No, Sorry. You paid us to scare you. Be happy with prompt service! …And it’s a community fundraiser. Thanks for your support!!
Will your monsters touch me?
NO. But fair’s fair – you can’t touch them either. Unfortunately, due to the very dim lighting inside the houses, you may occasionally come into contact with one of our staff. But our monsters will not intentionally grab you.
What do I get for my $25 admission?
You will receive 3 tickets that can be used for two haunted houses and the haunted hay ride. You can use the tickets however you choose, but most want to experience all three venues.
If I’m still in line at closing time, will I still get in?
Absolutely! We quit selling tickets at 10 p.m. but we stay open until everyone who has purchased a ticket has gone through all three venues.
How do I avoid long lines?
The first weekend tends to be less busy than the second weekend. Getting here early is your best bet for whichever night you attend. Ticket sales are from 7 to 10 p.m. But waiting in line is not without its own entertainment!
Where do I get tickets?
Tickets will be sold in the drive-through area of the PALOUSE BRANCH of Banner Bank (formerly AmericanWest Bank), 150 N. Bridge – right by the rail-road tracks – but ONLY on performance nights. Advance tickets are not available, except for group sales with prior arrangements. Ticket sales begin at 7:00pm each performance night, and ticket sales end promptly at 10:00pm.
Is there an age limit?
Yes, you must be 12 years of age or older. No exceptions.
Is Haunted Palouse in a heated area?
No. Dress warm and bring appropriate clothing for inclement weather. The waiting area is outdoors.
Are you prepared to handle emergencies?
Yes, we have experienced emergency and police personnel on site at all times. Just tell a Haunted Palouse staff member if you experience a problem and it will be handled right away.
Where is Palouse?
From North Grand Ave in Pullman: Take Highway 27 North 14 miles to Palouse.
From Rosauers in Moscow: Take Highway 95 North 9 miles (just past Viola), and turn onto Highway 66 to Palouse. Tickets sold at 150 N. Bridge (right next to Banner Bank).
