April 22-24, 2022 Lewis-Clark State College Lewiston, Idaho The 36th annual Art Under the Elms is a three-day art/artisan fair presented by Lewis-Clark State College’s Center for Arts & History, a nonprofit organization focused on engaging audiences through the arts and humanities. The event takes place on the main campus of Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho, which is part of the Lewis-Clark Valley. All proceeds from the event support the Center’s programming through exhibitions, public programs, and arts education initiatives. Artisans at the Dahmen Barn

"Cultivating creativity on the Palouse" The Palouse has a high concentration of artists and craftspeople working out of their homes. Artisans at the Dahmen Barn, famous for its wagon wheel fence, provides studio space where visitors can watch creativity in action and purchase artisan made items. Thirteen studios feature a variety of artistic mediums, and the gift shop sells the work of more than 100 regional artists and artisans. Artist in Residence Program – Center for Benedictine Life

The Artist in Residence program at the Center for Benedictine Life at the Monastery of St. Gertrude is a month-long opportunity for women visual artists, musicians, and writers to spend time with their practices in a monastic setting amidst the Benedictine Sisters of Cottonwood, Idaho. The artist in residence lives in the Monastery, joining the community in meals and other aspects of community life. Studio space is provided, and the residency should conclude with an informal presentation of work to the monastic community. A private room with a private bathroom is provided. Artist Shelly Gilmore’s exhibit “Fabricated Imagination”

Fabricated Imagination Date: April 3 - 24 April 2- 24 "Fabricated Imagination” art by Moscow Idaho Artist Shelly Gilmore at Artisans at the Dahmen Barn. The Exhibit continues until April 24. Gilmore’s creations of reclaimed discarded automotive, farm, and industrial treasures will delight the audience. Artwalk Season Finale Thurs. June 16th 4-8pm

The City of Moscow and the Moscow Arts Commission announced the Artwalk Season Finale event to be held on Thurs., June 16 from 4-8 p.m. The 2021-2022 Artwalk season culminates with an event including visual, culinary, literary, and performing arts offerings at 27 host locations, as well as a street fair with 6 food vendors and 21 art vendor/demonstrator booths.
