Located in the historic downtown Ford building, Pie Safe Bakery & Kitchen has made Deary a frequent destination for the region’s residents. Offering delicious baked goods, from pastries to wood fired pizza, as well as custard style ice cream made in small batches means there is something for every craving.

Special weekend, multiple-course dinners happen on Fridays and Saturdays once a month. Check out past menus on their website. Espresso and cold brew coffee is roasted locally, and their organic looseleaf and bottled teas are blended by Brush Creek Farms.

With Brush Creek Creamery in the same building, it’s convenient to pick up some gourmet cheese made on the premises while you are there. If that isn’t enough to get you in your car immediately, their shop is full of locally made quilts, hand crafts, jams, jellies, baking mixes, farm and garden produce, eggs and more. Weaving, spinning and craft demonstrations are offered on Friday and Saturdays in their craft building next door, Heritage Handcrafts.

Order your meal online for in-store or curbside pickup.
